VAJRA DANCE | TEACHERS

All Vajra Dance courses are led by qualified teachers who have been examined and authorized by Chögyal Namkhai Norbu

The two international teachers, Adriana Dal Borgo and Prima Mai, are the reference point for all activities related to Vajra Dance in the International Dzogchen Community.
They coordinate any kind of initiative, collect material on Vajra Dance, prepare teaching materials, lead deepening courses, teacher trainings and teacher meetings and supervise the training of new local teachers.

The local teachers take care of the development of the Vajra Dance in the place they live. They give courses for beginners and deepen the practice together with local practitioners.
Due to the lack of teachers in many places, local teachers with good teaching experience, and in accordance with the international teachers, can also travel to give courses elsewhere.

The 1^st level teachers teach the “Dance of the Three Vajras”, the “Dance of the Vajra that Benefits Beings” and the “Vajra Dance of the Dimension of Space (12 As)”.

The 2^nd level teachers teach the 1^st level dances and the “Dance of the Song of the Vajra”.
