Bio:
Born and grown up in Berlin, I moved to Italy in 1981, where I met Chögyal Namkhai Norbu in 1987. In 1997 I attended for the first time a course of Vajra Dance, which soon became my main practice.
After many practice retreats and deepening courses with the international teachers Prima Mai and Adriana Dal Borgo, I received the First Level Diploma from Chögyal Namkhai Norbu in 2012 and the Second Level Diploma in 2015.
I’m practicing and teaching Vajra Dance in Zhenphenling, the center of the International Dzogchen Community in Rome. I’ve also given courses in Taranto, Palermo, Merigar and Barcellona.
Mother of two adult children, I’m living as a translator between Rome and Merigar (Tuscany).
