Bio:
I was born in New York, and soon after graduating from school started to travel around the world exploring different countries and cultures. I met Rinpoche in 1999, but it took some time before I realized the value of Vajra Dance and started to dedicate myself to learning and practicing it. I have always loved to dance and feel very fortunate to have found different methods for integrating movement with practice. In 2014 I became a certified level I instructor. In addition to Vajra Dance for the past several years I have also dedicated a lot of time to practicing and teaching Khaita dancing and am now a qualified expert.
