The course, led by Prima Mai, will focus on the harmony between the song and the dance, coordinating between dancing together and concentrating on the timing and choreography, with the scope of developing a higher quality of all of the Dance of the Vajra (The Dance of the Three Vajras and the Dance of the Vajra that Benefits Beings and The Dance of the Song of the Vajra).

To participate you need to have no doubts about the basic steps, of the arm movements and mudras, and to be aware of the importance of having the right timing. It is fundamental to be open and capable of exploring and working to overcome the habitual models of movement, experience and attachment. The female participants may only participate in the Pamo parts and the males only in the Pawo parts.

The course is limited to a maximum of 12 participants each for Pamo and Pawo parts with two earth mandalas available. However, It is possible to participate as an observer up to 5 Mandala.

Contribution for main mandala participants: 150 EU.

Contribution as an observer: 100 EU.
