GLOBALLY SYNCHRONIZED PRACTICE

On every full moon day, and a few other special days (see below), all those who wish can engage in globally synchronized practice sessions. This means that around the world we practice at the same time, individually or collectively.

Why?

With our clear alignment and intention we dedicate our practice to all beings, in the certainty that it makes a difference in the field of consciousness and may facilitate peace, harmony, and collective evolution.

How to Participate?

In the Dzogchen Community, on these occasions, we practice Guru Yoga with the Dances of the Vajra, and if we do not have that possibility, we can do any other Guruyoga practice.

On this occasions we wear the Vajra Dance costume, integrating our pure intention in the complete symbol of the interdependence in-between the inner, our Vajra nature and outer dimension, the world mandala.

We also invite everyone who is interested in participating to connect with their own way of meditation/contemplation. We join our hearts and minds with the clear intention to bring deep healing, peace, and harmony to the collective field. This aspiration is beyond the limitations of schools or cultures.

We start the meditation practice at the hours shown on the chart below. You can join one or more sessions, according to your possibilities. The meditation you do can be of any length, from five minutes to an hour or longer, depending on your circumstances.

Please find the time (CET) of our globally synchronized practices on the calendar below. You can convert the time corresponding to your time zone with a help of https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/
